Description
The Au Pied du Mont Chauve Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2011 comes from a parcel located on steep slopes with about 20% of grapes from the highest Corton mountain. These 40 years old Chardonnay vines are grown in a biodynamic way and respect the lunar calendar. The Au Pied du Mont Chauve Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2011 has a nice slightly woody nose and melt ûthanks to the aging in oak barrel-. However, its aromatic bouquet is dominated by floral acacia and lime notes. The palate is precise and mineral, it also has a lingering aroma and a perfect balance.
