Ayala : Vintage 2002

2002 Brut Millesime from the Ayala Champagne House can be considered as a great Champagne thanks to optimal production conditions. Despite low volume, the indian summer favoured the harvest of high quality matured grapes. Pinot Noir (80%) brings strength while Chardonnay (20%) gives finesse and elegance. Ayala 2002 Brut Millesime offers aromatic complexity, freshness, honey, acacia and chesnut notes. To the palate this is structured, strong, well balanced even delicate. The nose of this beautiful wine is somptuous and the mouth is perfectly mastered.
