Dom Pérignon : Rosé Vintage 2000

Deep and intense colour revealing amber and copper-like hues. On the nose, floral scents appear then quickly give way to black cherry and candied fruits notes. Then cocoa flavours and smoky hints appear. Perfectly built on the palate, it clearly expresses balance and integration thanks to the homogeneity of two grape varieties. Overwhelming aromas of fruits explode. Then what was so solid at first turns out to be more tactile, ending on a slightly bitter feeling.
