Commanderie de Peyrassol 2015

Created from on average 25 years old vines, the Commanderie de Peyrassol is a Côtes de Provence. The 2015 vintage is a blend of 27% Cinsault, 22% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon as well as 6% Rolle and Ugni Blanc. 

The bluish pale, clear and bright pink coloured 2015 Commanderie de Peyrassol offers an expressive nose. Spicy notes mix in with red berry aromas, such as blackcurrant, red currant and wild strawberries, but also Peach Melba. Its finish is marked by lemony notes. The 2015 Commanderie de Peyrassol carries a crispy and mineral palate at first, and then develops scrumptious fruit characteristics. The finish is characterised by finesse and a light minerality.
