Description
The Chablis Premier Cru Les Lys 2003 is an elegant masterpiece of from the Domain Defaix. The wine offers nice floral aromas with notes of Earl Grey tea, honey and acacia on the nose.The palate is silky and floral with a nice minerality and nervous freshness. The Defaix Premier Cru Les Lys is a well-balanced wine, mineral and warm, which enjoys a long finish and a great harmony.
