Millésima presents chateau Chasse-Spleen 2011 Futures."Chasse-Spleen 2011 is today a wine which is still very young, but that will evolve very well. There is a balance between the three essential components: acidity, tannins and sugars. It is obviously below the luxurious 2009 and 2010 vintages, but it remains something very balanced, very classic, very Bordeaux. The advantage is that this vintage will be ready to drink much younger. It is said that great vintages need ten years to reach their prime, which is not the case for smaller vintages, and this one is not discreet, resembling the 2006." Céline Villars-Foubet, Owner
