En Primeurs 2011 - Château La Fleur Peyrabon with Xavier Michelet
Millésima presents chateau La Fleur Peyrabon 2011 Futures. "The first criteria that comes to mind is the decadence of the wine, which has perfectly balanced tannic structure, that will develop over the next 14 months of barrel ageing and will be at its prime in 4 to 5 years. This ageing will allow the wine to mature and gain power like the 2010 vintage." Xavier Michelet, Technical Manager
