2011 Volnay 1er Cru (Pinot Noir)
Domaine Faiveley's 2011 Volnay 1er Cru Les Fremiets is 100% Pinot Noir produced from vines averaging 60 years old. The vineyard borders Pommard, and is located at the heart of Volnay appellation, which has been famous for centuries.
This Burgundy exudes red berries paired with delicate wood and spices. The palate offers luscious flavours with exceptionally fine tannins which create a velvety texture. Pairs well with veal Osso Bucco or fresh tagliatelle.
