2013 Sancerre
The 2013 Sancerre Jadis from Domaine Henri Bourgeois is a Sauvignon Blanc traditionally produced on very steep and sunny parcels.
This wine from the Loire Valley reveals a golden pale yellow hue and quince scents on the first nose. The bouquet is delicate and elegant, with coral, white peaches notes, as well as hints of flowers and minerals. On the palate, the round, creamy body follows a forward attack. The 2013 Sancerre Jadis offers delicate acidity and lace that leads to a light, chalky finish.Recommendations
