2009 Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru, Burgundy.
The 2009 Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru Lavaut Saint-Jacques was skilfully produced by Louis Latour. The estate style is represented in the wine beautiful red colour. The restrained menthol note is followed by a grilled hint on the delicate nose. On the palate are revealed cherry stone and liquorice aromas. The tannins are well-structured and harmonious. This 2009 Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru Lavaut Saint-Jacques of Louis Latour is a future great wine.
