Villa Baulieu

Villa Baulieu estate was built in 1576 by King Henri III. The property produces exceptional wines: Villa Baulieu and Villa Baulieu cuvee Berengere. The vineyard flourishes in a unique volcanic crater in Provence. The soils diversity creates distinctive interpretations of grape varieties (for both red and white wines) that vary with each parcel. The 300-hectar property, which belongs to the Guénant family, continues to jealously observe family winemaking and agricultural traditions with meticulous management of vines and wines. Coteaux d’Aix-en Provence selected parcels overlook Durance while facing the famous Luberon and Sainte-Victoire mountains. Wine production is evenly split between reds and whites.
