2011 Châteauneuf-du-Pape (White) Rhone Valley
Domaine Tardieu-Laurent’s white 2011 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Vielles Vigne is 50% Roussanne, and 50% Grenache Blanc. The grapes grow on La Crau, Les Serres, and Le Belvedere sites. The wine shows a green-and-gold-tinted, pale yellow colour; shiny and clear. The nose is complex and string; marked by fruits and minerals. With great ageing potential, this wine should drink well in a few years.
