2012 Chablis Premier Cru

Domaine Long-Depaquit estate stretches on an exceptional 5 hectares parcel. Owned by the Bichot family, the south-facing estate lies on a really steep hillside in the Chablis appellation. The 2012 Chablis Premier Cru Les Vaucopins displays anise-green-tinted, pale yellow colour. The expressive nose is quite strong and mineral, with caramel, wood, candied fruits, apricot, or even quince. A lovely, ample texture on the palate leads to a full finish, ending on more acid notes.
