Its very old vines of 70 years have a great solar exposure and grown in a biodynamic way ûrespecting the lunar calendar-. The Au Pied du Mont Chauve Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Demoiselles 2011 is 100% Chardonnay. There is a nice evolution of the aromatic bouquet, first delicate and discreet, it then opens with notes of candied fruit and toasty with hints of mint and lemongrass. The palate is dense and accurate. The good aging potential of this wine will be appreciated.
