Description
De Sousa Cuvée des Caudalies 2006 is characterised by an intense golden colour, sprinkled with sparkling glints. The effervescence is generous and extremely fine. This Champagne combines power and refinement, and reveals delicate notes of oak barrel. On the palate, the character of the terroir expresses through a hint of salt with oxidation notes, testimony to the ageing. The whole is enhanced by a remarkable freshness, conferring this cuvee a nice balance with a nervous and distinctive finish.
