Made from the best growths of Ay, Bouzy, Ambonnay Verzenay, Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant... after 15 years of maturation in their cellar, the champagne Gosset Cuvée 430 ans is a promise of balance, finesse and freshness. This blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir displays a soft yellow colour with green hues, adorned with fine and abundant bubbles. Its olfactory attack offers freshness with notes of dried fruit, honey and apricot. With evolution it displays surprising cinnamon flavours mixed with spices. On the palate it is straight, precise on lemony and tangy touches, then its mid-palate shows hints of mango and peach vines. Remarkable!
