The 2006 Philipponnat Brut Cuvee 1552 derives from Ay Pinot Noir variety called Leon (70%) and Mesnil-Sur-Oger Chardonnay (30%). This champagne boasts delicate, shimmery, rose-tinted, golden hue with fine bubbles and a persistent ring. Vivid nose, with elderflower notes combined with white pepper and blond tobacco. Bold palate with sustained raspberry and red fruits on the palate, a distinctive mark of this 2006 main grape variety: Pinot Noir. The supple finish associates almond cream and fresh leather.
