Domaine Chanson is the proprietor of a 5.4 hectare vineyard located South of the Corton hill, in the "Vergelesses", the most famous Premier Cru that gave its name to the Pernand village. The 2009 vintage of Pernand-Vergelesses Premier Cru Les Vergelesses is 100% Pinot Noir. 

The beautiful ruby coloured wine reveals very fresh red berry aromas on chocolate and spicy notes. Both complex and concentrated, the 2009 Pernand-Vergelesses Premier Cru Les Vergelesses offers richness as well as a dense texture. The wine carries a beautiful aromatic purity in which elegant and well-built tannins can be found. The finish is long and fresh.
