Description
An amazing white wine from Pessac-Léognan
Château Haut-Brion belongs to the legendary First Classified Growth of 1855. This estate’s dry white wine is from the Pessac-Léognan appellation. Its production is confidential and comes from 2.87 hectares with 52.6% of them Sémillon and 47.4% of them Sauvignon Blanc.
The Château Haut-Brion Blanc 2005 shows a yellow-green colour with golden highlights. The intense nose reveals great concentration and complex aromas with citrus fragrances and white peach, honey, acacia and orange notes. It shows an incredible structure in the mouth, both wide and long. The wine has a large volume and shows the complexity of aromas perceived on the nose. The finish is impressive that is long and persistent.
