An Organic and Vegan Rose with a Beautiful Finesse

A Cru Classe recognised since 1955, Château Sainte Marguerite is one of only 18 wine estates in Provence to have this title. The Fayard family manages their vineyards in the Côtes de Provence appellation with practices of organic agriculture, certified 100% organic by ECOCERT since 2003. Going one step further, the wines of Château Sainte Marguerite are also 100% vegan, produced without any animal products or derivatives. The grapes are harvested from vines planted in soils of altered clay, schist and quartz phyllites, and enjoy a wonderful Mediterranean climate. Considered one of the best rose wines in the world, the Symphonie Rose of Chateau Sainte Marguerite is made from a blend of Grenache and Cinsault.

A 100% organic and vegan wine, the Symphonie 2017 from Château Sainte Marguerite displays a beautiful limpid and brilliant salmon colour in the glass. On the nose, this rose shows wonderful finesse, elegance and pleasure, offering splendid notes of red fruits, like strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, the Symphonie 2017 rose shows great balance with tasty touches of red currents and a very smooth texture. This is a rose to pair with an extensive range of dishes, including sushi or truffle risotto.
