2011 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Located in Chambolle-Musigny village, Domaine de La Pousse d’Or vineyard benefits from a beautiful south-eastern exposition. The 100% destemmed Pinot Noir vines grow on rich soils with commanding limestone and abundant rocks, marl, sands, red silt, as well as large pebbles. The 2011 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Feusselottes is aged on lees for 15 months in oak (30% new wood). Though delicate and still young, this Burgundy exudes scrumptious red fruits scents marked by wild strawberries. The rich terroir is conveyed with finesse and elegance.
