Domaine des Campaux : Les Cannissons 2015

The cuvée Cannissons 2015 rosé is a blend of 55% Grenache, 28% Cinsault, 5% Syrah, 7% Carignan and 5% Mourvèdre. A rare fact: every plot of the domaine was used to create this 2015 rosé wine. 

This 2015 rosé is a Côtes de Provence produced at Domaine des Campaux. The 2015 rosé Les Cannissons shows a very pale, crystal-clear and bright slightly salmon colour. On the nose, it releases delicate and light notes of white fruit such as pear and litchi, which elegantly pair with citrus fruits and flowers. On the palate, the attack is fresh and scented. It develops a good balance between mineral freshness and suave matter. The mellowness and richness of its taste soften its dynamism and freshness.
