A white wine from Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru with magnificent length
A single-varietal Chardonnay white wine produced in the Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru appellation, the Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru "Les Terres Blanches" of Domaine de Perdrix comes from a plot of 0.77 hectares. The vines is planted on clay-limestone soils predominantly clayey. The ageing of the wine is carried out in traditional Burgundy barrels of 228 liters (of which 50% are new barrels) for at least 18 months.
The Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru "Les Terres Blanches" 2015 of Domaine des Perdrix presents a nice green gold colour, clear and bright. The nose reveals a smart marriage of lemon, spices and freshness. Mineral in the mouth, the wine offers tasty flavours of citrus, grapefruit and flint, as well as a superb length.
