A fruity and well-balanced Pinot from Burgundy

This Pinot Noir is ruby in colour, with a brilliant sparkle. It displays aromas of sour cherries and other small red fruits such as gooseberry. On the palate, the Givry Premier Cru Clos du Cellier aux Moines 2014 presents fresh fruits carried complemented by notes coming from the 12 months it spent ageing in barrels, with ultra-silky tannins. Its tension will allow it to age for several more years, keeping its fruity character.
