Second wine of the superb Grand Cru Classé Château Lynch-Bages, the Écho de Lynch-Bages cuvée is a testament to the richesse of the Pauillac appellation, on the Left Bank of the Bordeaux region.

Never in the shadow of its illustrious older brother, but instead echoing the estate’s first wine in character, the Echo de Lynch-Bages presents the style that has become the signature of the property, while maintaining its own personality.

Product of a rigorous selection from the young vines of the prestigious Lynch-Bages vineyard, the Écho de Lynch-Bages is vinified with the same attention and requirements necessary to make the Grand Vin.

Despite the atypical nature of the 2017 vintage, full of contrasts and nuances, the Echo de Lynch-Bages 2017 reveals great success.

Offering a blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon (74%), complemented by Merlot (24%) and Cabernet Franc (2%), the Echo de Lynch-Bages 2017 sparkles with a brilliant colour underlined by purple reflections. Very expressive and generous, the bouquet reveals a nice aromatic freshness with notes of red berries. With great elegance and finesse, the wine is delivered to the palate with a round body full of vivacity, a model of balance and flexibility with an acidity that enhances the finish.
