Description
Savigny-Les-Beaune Village Pimentiers 2015 from Jean Chartron : a white wine of great richesse
The Savigny-Les-Beaune Village Pimentiers by Jean Chartron is a white wine made from Chardonnay in the Savigny-Les-Beaune Village appellation. The vines are planted on clay-limestone soils. The fermentation is carried out in oak barrels (30% new, 70% from 1 to 5 former wines). The wine begins ageing in barrels on fine lees for 12 months, then continues for 4 months in vats.
With its pale yellow colour and brilliant green reflections, the Savigny-Les-Beaune Village Pimentiers 2015 of Jean Chartron develops complex aromas of golden cereals and curry. Revealing a texture of great richness on the palate, this 2015 Savigny-Les-Beaune Village Pimentiers offers a saline and persistent finish. Drink preferably before 2020.
This comment is intended to describe the general profile of the wine at one given moment. Note that over time, the wine (which necessarily evolves in the bottle) may develop other organoleptic qualities.
