Description
Chablis Village Sainte Claire 2015 from Jean-Marc Brocard : a white wine with great precision
The Chablis Village Sainte Claire by Jean-Marc Brocard is a single-varietal Chardonnay white wine produced in the Chablis Village appellation. Aged between 35 and 40 years, the vines are planted on Kimmeridgian soils. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for 10 months, with native yeasts.
At tasting, the Chablis Village Sainte Claire 2015 by Jean-Marc Brocard develops lemon fragrances combined with notes of yellow fruits. The palate is coated by a very balanced wine with a good acidity and a saline character. Overall, the Chablis Village Sainte Claire 2015 by Jean-Marc Brocard is a gourmand cuvee with great precision.
