Description
The fruity freshness of a great dry white Bordeaux wine signed Suduiraut
Born on the lands of Sauternes, in the south region of Bordeaux, the Blanc Sec de Suduiraut 2018 delivers the experience of a beautiful white wine perfectly executed by the technical teams of the Château under the direction of the talented Pierre Montégut.
Sublimating the expression of this exceptional terroir, the Blanc Sec de Suduiraut 2018 is made from a selection of vines from the Château Suduiraut located on fine sandy gravel soils. The particularity of this terroir gives the wines beautiful fruity aromas while keeping a great aromatic freshness.
The fruit of a vintage with lower yields than in 2017 but marked by a beautiful harvest from the 3rd to the 12th of September, the Blanc Sec de Suduiraut 2018 reveals the typicality of the Sémillon (53%) and the Sauvignon Blanc (47%) that make up the blend.
Brilliant with a beautiful pale yellow colour shimmering with green reflections, the Blanc Sec de Suduiraut 2018 seduces by the expression of its aromatic palette. The nose opens with floral notes followed by beautiful aromas of ripe fruit reminiscent of pear, the freshness of aniseed notes enhanced by light toasted notes with hazelnut fragrances underlining the discretion of the ageing process. On the palate, the mouth seduces with its ample and unctuous texture, bursting with freshness and liveliness, displaying tasty citrus and fruit notes. In a finish full of length, the wine retains its aromatic brilliance, ending on beautiful notes of saline minerality. A delicious Bordeaux Dry White, fruity, aromatic and greedy.
