Michel Chevré : Clos de l'Ecotard 2015

The 2015 Saumur of Michel Chevré is a Chenin Blanc single-grape variety wine.
This vintage exhibits a straw-coloured crystal clear and bright yellow colour, enhanced by green and silver tints. On the nose, this 2015 Clos de l'Ecotard combines concentration, freshness, generosity and strength. Then fruity, floral and vegetal notes appear which release a good freshness. On the palate, the 2015 Clos de l'Ecotard offers a straight and powerful attack with an aromatic palette of white fruits and flowers. The finish is clear, rich and still carries acidity.
