BY.OTT white 2016 from Domaines Ott: A Côtes de Provence with a silky finish

BY.OTT white 2016is a white wine produced by Domaines Ott in the Côtes de Provence appellation. The vines are, on average, 16 years old and planted on the Clos Mireille estate. The soil is composed of schists and clay, and located in a microclimate due to its proximity to the Mediterranean. The grapes are vinified in Chateau de Selle's new cellar. The blend of BY.OTT 2016 is 60% Rolle and 40% Semillon.

BY.OTT 2016 has a pale yellow colour and green reflections. The nose is frank and expressive revealing aromas of pear, pineapples, limes and lemons. The wine is lively, and has a strong attack. In the mouth, the volume presents itself well just before the silky, long finish.
