DO YOU SELL TO THE TRADE?
We are strictly dedicated to private individuals, due to the agreements we have with the various Chateaux and producing estates we work with.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP IN LONDON?
We do not own stock of wines in the UK. All our activities are managed from Bordeaux owing to its proximity to the producing estates. All wines are shipped directly from our cellars to once they are fully paid for.
ARE INVOICES TO BE PAID IN GBP?
All our invoices corresponding to purchases delivered to the United Kingdom are in GBP and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer in the same currency.
DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE TAXES AND DUTIES?
Yes, the prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT and excise duties, excepting our en primeur wines, which are displayed in-bond ex-VAT.
As we are dedicated to private individuals, we declare and settle all local taxes and duties on your behalf. All you need to do is order, pay and then sign the delivery slip on arrival of your wine, of course after having checked its integrity.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER WINE AND HAVE IT STORED UNDER BOND?
We can ship any of our ready for delivery or en primeur wines to a certified bonded warehouse located in the UK providing you already have an account set up with them. Please note, that though our website does not recognize the under bond sale, once you place your order we will amend it to match your requirements. Please indicate the name of the warehouse and your account reference at check out.

We do not currently offer in-bond storage facilities, either in the UK or in France.

DO YOU REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY?
We require a signature upon delivery for insurance reasons. Upon reception of the wines, it is the responsibility of the addressee to check the state of the goods and to note any reserve concerning breakage, damage or missing goods on the delivery slip. If the delivery slip does not indicate any reserve, Millesima is not obligated to provide compensation to the recipient for this order.
The signatory must be over 18 years of age.
HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE TO THE UK?
We arrange a regular shipment from our cellars in Bordeaux to the UK. Once the order has been sent from our cellars in Bordeaux, delivery takes between 10-14 days.
We do, of course, have to take into account external factors, such as extreme weather or other extenuating circumstances. The integrity of the wines is a primary concern, and we will not ship if the conditions would in any way cause harm. Be sure however we will notify you upon purchase of any suspension of our usual shipments.
Once the order is ready for delivery, our local carrier will contact you to organise a delivery appointment according to your availability.
Deliveries take place Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.

CAN I RECEIVE DELIVERY ON THE WEEKEND?
Deliveries are made during weekdays and business hours according to the appointed day of delivery you take with our local carrier, as we require a signature upon delivery.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY COSTS?
Ready for delivery wines
For orders under £250.00, there is an additional £20.00 delivery fee added to your order. This fee is fixed, no matter how many cases you buy from us. Beyond this threshold, the delivery is free.
For delivery to Northern Isles, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wright, an additional delivery fee applies.
En primeur wines
Delivery of your en primeur order to a single address in mainland UK is free. For multiple deliveries, an additional fee may apply.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO THE CHANNEL ISLANDS?
We can indeed deliver to the Channel Isles. Please contact us for additional information regarding delivery to Guernsey and Jersey. Additional delivery fees may apply.
DO YOU SHIP IN ORIGINAL WOOD CASES (OWC)?
We offer our wines in the original packaging as provided by the producing estates. Each item is marked as either in “case” (wooden case) or “box” (cardboard carton).
WHEN WILL MY EN PRIMEUR WINE BE DELIVERED?
Once the wine is bottled and ready for shipment, that is to say more or less two years later (plus another year for certain wines from Sauternes and Barsac), a final invoice will be sent to the customer for the corresponding amount of VAT and duties. We will also confirm your contact and delivery information at this time, and make any necessary modifications.
HOW MAY I ORDER?
The best way is to place your order through our website, as this would enable you to create your personal file, secure the wine you wish to purchase and automatically arrange a secure payment by credit card.
Of course, we remain at your disposal by e-mail or telephone should you need any further information, advice or assistance.
HOW MAY I CONTACT YOU? IS THERE SOMEONE I CAN MEET IN THE UK?
We operate from Bordeaux, but our team will be delighted to answer all your queries, assist you in building your order, advise you in your selections or provide updates on a delivery. You can contact her by email on customercare@millesima.com or on free phone 0800 917 0352, or via her direct line at +44(0)20 8089 1875. There is a one hour time difference from the UK to Bordeaux.
