The 2004 Franciacorta Extra Brut Museum Release is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It was vinified in vat for 65 months (7 years after the harvest). This straw-tinted bright yellow coloured wine displays fine and persistent bubbles. It is complex on the nose. It gives off intense hazelnut, grilled almond, vanilla and butter biscuit aromas, followed by fresh citrus and pineapple notes.
