2013 Cornas, Syrah, Rhone Valley.
The 2013 Cornas Vieilles Vignes from Domaine Alain Voge was produced from old vines (over 50 years old) of Syrah. The vineyard is located on hills of decomposed granite.
This good Cornas offers nice and classic black cherry, violet, mineral and spicy herbs notes. The wine possesses a medium-bodied and rich depth enhanced by an integrated acidity and a good ripeness on the whole.
