An important work is done in the vineyard in order to guarantee the grapes quality. In this 2014 vintage, even though some difficulties were encountered at the beginning, the region of Haut-Medoc was saved by an exceptional Indian summer which offered an optimum ripeness to late ripening grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The wine-making techniques of the property allow to respect the character and diversity of the aromas. The 2014 Chateau Belgrave expresses a beautiful aromatic complexity. It is a pledge of the finesse and the personality of this great terroir, mainly composed of gravels. We get a beautifully dense, full-bodied, elegant and charming wine.
