This Belle-Vue 2015 is a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 15% Petit Verdot. The estate harvested the grapes between the 17th of September and 9th of October. The robe of this Haut-Médoc is dense with blue-toned reflects. The nose is fresh with intense aromas of mashed blackberries. This wine is well concentrated and is dominated by jammy black fruit aromas, particularly of blackcurrants. The mouth shows density, amplitude and creamy smooth tannins. The finale is gently woody. This yet classical yet modern wine has a great ageing potential.

Wine Advocate-Parker :
The 2015 Belle-Vue, blended of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 15% Petit Verdot and aged for 14 to 16 months in 40% new and 60% one-year-old oak, is medium to deep garnet-purple in color with a fresh plums and red currants nose with earthy undertones and a touch of sage. The medium-bodied palate is a little lean and chewy with appealing freshness.
