The estate

In 2005, Giuseppe Russo honoured the memory of his father Girolamo by taking over the family estate and working to restore the Girolamo Russo name to its former glory. Guided by a desire to respect and carry forward his family's traditions, while reinterpreting them with his own ideas and talent, this owner, passionate for his craft, is developing new approaches to winemaking on his native land. To preserve this precious terroir, Giuseppe Russo and his team cultivate their vineyards organically. As a result, the Girolamo Russo estate produces Etna Rosso appellation wines that reflect their terroir and evoke the unique character of each plot on the estate.
