Description
Huebuhl - at the top of the small hill, separating Bergheim from Ribeauvillé - brings to the wine several aromas: almond, zest, toast, butter; but also a beautiful acid structure. The 2007 vintage of Huebuhl cuvée of the Domaine Marcel Deiss comes is a blend of the whole Pinot family. This generous wine benefits from a year of aging on lees: a meticulous vinification which can be felt through the aromatic intensity of the bouquet. The cuvée Huebuhl 2007 of the Domaine Marcel Deiss shows a bright golden robe which allows to foreshadow a quaffable fruit. On the mouth, it is both aery and fleshy, with candied orange and honey notes. This Alsace combines richness and lightness.
