Pascal Jolivet : Les Caillottes 2013

Les Caillottes, conscientiously made by Pascal Jolivet, is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The 3,5 hectares selected parcels are on the south oriented hillsides of Sancerre. This beautifully balanced vintage 2013 comes from 40 year old vines, planted at the plot called La Plante des Près-en-Sancerre. Les Caillottes 2013 shows a green-tinted pale yellow colour. The nose is marked by white peach and citrus fruit aromas. This harmonious yet delicate Sancerre offers a silky texture with a vivid and savoury finish.
