Today, following the first tastings of the blends, we can say that rigour, constant attention, and technical expertise have enabled us to produce a deliciously juicy, distinguished, harmonious Grand Vin for 2012 Grand-Puy Ducasse. The Merlot was of outstanding quality and dominates the blend for this Pauillac in an exceptional fashion, bringing beautiful aromatic expression, and a superb balance that highlights the density and elegance of the tannins.
