Mint-infused brisk blackcurrant fruit is accompanied by floral and spicy notes, contributing to the complexity on the nose. Firm tannins undergird the vibrant palate of this eminently drinkable wine.

A very fine Loire balance emerges in this 2016, vinified with gentleness and finesse by Antoine Foucault. A Cabernet Franc with alluring floral notes and a measured mid-weight texture. It should take on a Burgundian character over the next ten years.
