The estate
Located in the heart of Sud Revermont, the Domaine des Marnes Blanches covers 10 hectares where soil diversity and viticultural heritage blend harmoniously. In 2006, Pauline and Géraud Fromont, young oenologists passionate about the Jura terroir, took over this estate with the ambition of promoting organic farming and minimalist vinification. Their deep commitment to regional grape varieties and respect for the land permeates every step, from the vineyard to the cellar.
The vineyard
Between the mountains of the Jura Massif and verdant valleys, the vineyard is a natural setting housing a jewel of viticulture. This unique terroir is distinguished by its emblematic indigenous grape varieties, such as savagnin, poulsard and trousseau, which produce wines with a distinct identity. Its millennia-old viticultural tradition, combined with its limestone and marl soils and continental climate, lends the wines remarkable minerality and freshness.
