Éléphant Rose 2016 from Famille Perrin: a fresh and balanced rose wine from Luberon
The Eléphant Rose from Famille Perrin is a rosé wine produced in the Luberon appellation. Planted at an average altitude of 300 metres, the vines benefit from a terroir with old alluvial soils with flat and round pebbles, limestone marls, stony and clayey soils. This rosé elaborated by the saignée method is kept in stainless steel tank until bottling in January. The Eléphant Rose 2016 blends Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah.
