The estate
Owned by the Westphal family, originally from Alsace, Château Saint-Aubin (Gers) is located near the town of Eauze.
The vineyard
"Age 4" from Saint Aubin is an armagnac made from grapes grown in vineyards resting on sandy-loam soils.
Production
Following its production in Armagnac stills, this Bas-Armagnac is aged for a minimum of 4 years in oak barrels.
