Nose
The nose shows a remarkable balance between orange peel and grape. The Hennessy Very Special Cognac reveals notes of almond and dried fruits. Aromas of apricot, peach and vanilla are also found, accompanied by the subtle bitterness of vermouth and bitters.

Palate
The palate reveals a gentle bitterness that accompanies the vibrancy of the red aperitif wine. The Hennessy Very Special Cognac unfolds floral notes and ripe fruits, structuring the cocktail's aromatics. The whole remains balanced on the freshness of the Cognac and vermouth.

Pairings and tasting moments
The Boulevardier is tasted neat, very chilled, without adding ice cubes. It is recommended to chill the glasses before serving. Each portion corresponds to between 8 and 10 cl, allowing for 6 to 8 glasses per 50 cl bottle. Once opened, the cocktail must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 30 days.

Cravan, the Parisian cocktail house of the LVMH Group
Cravan is a brand launched in France by Moët Hennessy (LVMH Group) in partnership with Franck Audoux and opened in June 2023 at 165 boulevard Saint-Germain in Paris. This establishment transforms a 17th-century building into four floors dedicated to exceptional cocktails. The name is a tribute to the poet and boxer Arthur Cravan, precursor of the Dada movement. Artistically led by Franck Audoux, historian and mixology expert, Cravan brings together the entire Moët Hennessy spirits portfolio in the capital's largest cocktail bar, combining historic architecture, redesigned by Ramy Fischler, with a cultural dimension through its bookstore.

The Boulevardier Cravan, an exceptional creation
The Boulevardier by Cravan is the result of a collaboration between Franck Audoux, founder and artistic director of Cravan, and Renaud Fillioux de Gironde, Master Blender of the House of Hennessy. Thanks to the Hennessy Very Special Cognac, which makes up 50% of the composition, this version is finer and more elegant than the original, developing both fruity and floral notes. The subtle notes of orange peel are introduced by a wine-based aperitif specially created by Cravan. This bottled cocktail reflects the DNA of the House: the choice of exceptional spirits and the obsession for perfect balance, ready to serve at home.
