Glenfarclas, a distillery at the heart of Scotland

Founded in 1836, the Glenfarclas distillery is a true emblem of Scottish whisky. Located in the Speyside region, in the northeast of Scotland, it takes its name from the Gaelic expression meaning "valley of the green grass". This exceptional setting, with its rolling hills and pure waters, is ideal for the production of exceptional whiskies.

Still owned by the Grant family, Glenfarclas is one of the few independent distilleries still in operation in Scotland. This independence allows the distillery to perpetuate traditional manufacturing methods while ensuring consistent quality. Known for its rich and generous whiskies, it is particularly recognized for its aging in sherry casks, which give its creations unique aromas and incomparable depth.
