Valdobbiadene Prosecco di Cartizze DOCG, pure Glera from Veneto

The Cartizze cuvee from Adami is pure Glera wine that shows great complexity. The varietal was grown on Cartizze hills on the Valdobbiadene appellation, on an altitude of 250 metres. The grapes also grow on sandstone and clay soils, and enjoy a good south orientation. Aged on lees for 3 months, the Cartizze of Amani seduces by its pale golden colour and its intense effervescence which gives way to a good aromatic richness. On the nose, apple, apricot and pear aromas prevail, enhanced by hints of rose petals. Harmonious and elegant, this Valdobbiadene Prosecco di Cartizze DOCG closes on a good freshness. The palate impresses by its suppleness and its crispness. Rich in fruity aromas, the palate is a nice echo of the aromatic bouquet felt on the nose.
