The 2014 Cru Bourgeois Tour de Pez displays a dark red colour. Although restrained at first, this 2014 Chateau Tour de Pez nose reveals a subtle and elegant aromatic bouquet after swirling. The acid attack is frank and gives a nervous aspect to the wine. This Saint-Estephe structure is quite tannic (with a pleasant sap), supple with a noble grain. The retro-olfaction echoes the nose while confirming the aromatic freshness. The fresh finish carries a good persistence which is the sign of a good ageing potential. This is a well-produced wine.
