Appearance

Palate
Supple and refined, the palate combines herbaceous and floral aromas with beautiful minerality.
A fresh and complex white wine
The estate
Located in the high-altitude village of Ponte Leccia, Clos Venturi was born in the early 2000s from the division of the finest terroirs of Domaine Vico, another estate owned by Jean-Marc and Manu Venturi.
The wine
"Brama" Biancu Gentile is a white Vin de France made from vines planted on schist soils, facing south/southeast at the foot of the slope.
Vinification and ageing
Hand-harvested, the grapes are 100% destemmed before an 8-day cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, the same vessels used for the 6 to 8 months of ageing on fine lees.
Grape variety
100% Biancu Gentile
