The Cuvée Carcajolo Nero 2012 of the Domaine Comte Abbatucci is a red Corsican wine that exudes sun and the brilliance of the and Corsican sky, as shown in her dress of a black cherry colour. A captivating nose thanks to its fresh and acidulous little red berries mixed with black pepper notes. Swelling reveals some lightly toasted and roasted flavours without affecting the brightness of the fruit. As soon as on the palate the Carcajolo Nero 2012 of the Comte Abbatucci sets the tone with great generosity, and a creamy tannin reminiscent of Eastern silk. Its structure is elegant and opens up with a feeling of freshness and bitterness here, while extending throughout endless notes of acidulous fruits. An elegant red, with great style.
