Description
An expressive and subtle wine from Beaujolais
The estate
The Domaine des Moriers, nestled in Lancié at the heart of the Beaujolais hills, is passionately managed by Arnaud Combier and François de Nicolay.
The vineyard
The Moulin-à-Vent appellation, whose name evokes a 15th-century mill majestically overlooking the vineyard, flourishes across 71 named places, revealing a mosaic of exceptional terroirs.
Vinification and aging
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in cement tanks, with whole cluster vinification. The aging is done half in tanks and half in 228-liter barrels.
